Primary Objective
The primary objective was to design an intelligent and user-friendly sizing experience that integrates seamlessly with the fashion ecommerce journey. The app empowers users to generate a personalised digital fit profile using simple measurements and AI technology, delivering accurate size recommendations across different brands and styles. This project aimed to reduce sizing uncertainty, improve buyer confidence, and minimise product returns while creating a more seamless and satisfying online shopping experience..
Design Approach
Typography: A clean and modern sans-serif typeface was selected to convey trust, clarity, and simplicity, aligning with the app’s focus on accuracy and ease of use.
Colour Palette: A calming yet tech-forward palette was chosen to evoke a sense of reliability and intelligence, while subtle gradients and highlights added depth to key interactions.
Icons & Graphics: Minimal, intuitive icons were used throughout the interface to support clarity and reduce cognitive load, complemented by soft-glow effects to enhance key touchpoints like AI recommendations and onboarding prompts.
User-Centered Layout: The interface was designed with a step-by-step flow, guiding users through measurement and fit setup with ease. Clear call-to-actions and visual hierarchy ensured a smooth and confident user journey from browsing to checkout.
