The Problem
Shoppers often face uncertainty with online clothing sizes, leading to returns and poor user satisfaction. The challenge was to design a solution that could deliver accurate, brand-agnostic size recommendations through an intuitive mobile interface.
The Solution
SizeSmart leverages AI and guided measurements to recommend the best size based on real body data. I designed a clean, modern interface that makes entering data simple and visualises fit insights clearly.
The input journey was carefully designed to guide users through each step with clarity, using visual markers and a clean layout to reduce errors and support accurate AI sizing.
These screens deliver precise size recommendations supported by visual indicators and contextual fit insights. The 3D AI try-on feature offers a realistic preview, reducing uncertainty and enhancing buyer confidence.
To support user preferences, the app provides contextual Fit Insights—explaining how each recommended size is likely to feel. Whether it’s a snug, regular, or relaxed fit, users can understand exactly what to expect, empowering more confident size choices before checkout.
Outcome
The final solution offered a seamless and user-friendly experience that could reduce sizing uncertainty and help shoppers feel more confident in their choices. Feedback highlighted the strength of the guided measurement flow and the clarity of fit insights.
Reflection
Working on this concept helped reinforce the importance of human-centered design, especially when building trust around technology. It reminded me that thoughtful guidance and transparency can make even the most complex interactions feel effortless.
